The 2008 Preliminary Program is still available for your convenience. The 2009 Midwinter Meeting Preliminary Program will be available online November 1. The Chicago Dental Society will again offer three ways for attendees to view the Preliminary Program. We encourage you to pre-register using our interactive registration portal.

Attendees who want a PDF copy of the 2008 Preliminary Program can download the complete version (21 MB) or only the sections you want.
